David Smith
Founder/Principal
David founded One On One in 1990 to provide sales training, coaching and marketing services for communities across the country and in Canada. In addition to The Gatesworth, David is co-owner, developer and manager of Parc Provence Memory Care, McKnight Place Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing, as well as Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Oklahoma City, Mallard Cove Senior Living in Cincinnati and The Colonnade Senior Living in O’Fallon, IL. David was the lead instructor for the Sales and Marketing Curriculum, first at Johns Hopkins, and then at the UMBC Erickson School Executive MBA Programs. He is a frequent a speaker to national senior housing industry conferences including NIC, ASHA, ALFA and the annual Senior Housing Sales and Marketing Summit.
Alexandra Fisher
Principal
After years of drawing and painting as a professional artist in Argentina and Venezuela, Alex moved to St. Louis where she became involved in the world of senior housing. She began her career in the industry as a leasing counselor for The Gatesworth. After leading several successful lease-up campaigns throughout the U.S. and Canada, she became a Principal and Lead Creative Director for One On One. With One On One, Alex has given and produced presentations for industry conferences such as NIC, ASHA, ALFA, The Senior Housing Sales and Marketing Summit, as well as the UMBC Erickson School of Aging Sales and Marketing courses. Alex is currently the co-owner and manager of Quail Ridge Senior Living in Oklahoma City, Mallard Cove Senior Living in Cincinnati and The Colonnade Senior Living in O’Fallon, IL. For the past three years she has been actively involved in the creation, design and development of a sales CRM called Sherpa.
Jonathan Levey
Chief Investment Officer
Jonathan Levey is co-owner of Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Oklahoma and Mallard Cove Senior Living in Ohio. A one-time political candidate and university lecturer, Jonathan previously was Vice President, Office of the Chairman, at Catellus, a publicly traded real estate company. Prior to joining Catellus, Jonathan was an attorney with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, and a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Bauer on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. An avid sports fan, tennis and basketball player, Jonathan graduated with a degree in public policy from Princeton University in 1991 and from Harvard Law School in 1995. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and California.
