“The Power of Pricing”

In the recent issue of ALFA’s Senior Living Executive Magazine, author Jim Moore, of Moore Diversified Services, Inc., presents pricing strategies for senior housing in “Power of Pricing” (full article available here).

Moore details the best way to price living spaces, food plans and other aspects of senior living that appeal to both the sellers and buyers by changing the way we look at both expectations and outcomes relating to the way communities price their services. The article provides some empirical evidence to help with the difficult task of putting a dollar amount for the benefits that senior living provides.
