These senior living communities are nationally and locally recognized as among the best for innovation and quality services. David spent decades mastering the senior housing sales process at his own properties as well as dozens of third-party consulting sites.
Reed Davis
Chief Learning Officer
Reed is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the senior living industry and Person-Centered Selling® (PCS). As the former Director of Sales and Marketing at Dial Retirement Communities, he successfully increased occupancy by 30% through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of the market. Reed has also served as a trainer for Sherpa CRM and Aline, where he led PCS training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and foster team development.
Patrick Leonard
Advisor & Advocate
Patrick oversees One On One Sales Academy’s growth efforts and is both a Sales Master and Member. He is also responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all leasing and marketing initiatives at the four Gatesworth Senior Living Communities. Patrick previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Parasol Alliance, a leading strategic technology planning and IT support partner for senior living. He was also Vice President of Sales for Sherpa CRM, a senior living sales enablement platform.
Ramona Davis
Community & Operations Director
Ramona is a brings over a decade of expertise in fostering meaningful connections and providing compassionate support to seniors and their families. Known for her attention to detail and dedication, Mona has a strong background in customer service, training, and community engagement. Her previous senior living roles include Executive Director and Community Relations Director where she achieved record-high occupancy rates and built trusted relationships.
Francisco Fisher
Director of Marketing
Francisco brings over a decade of expertise in content and digital strategy. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at Sherpa CRM, where he helped establish Prospect-Centered Selling as the premier methodology for senior living sales. He also led growth efforts as Content Developer for Moody's Analytics and PR Associate at Voxbone Communications. His skills in digital storytelling and enterprise communication are grounded in a degree in online journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
